All Arla products are designed and handcrafted in New Zealand and are made to order unless otherwise stated. As a result, lead times may vary and are provided as estimates only.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of error, suspected fraud, or supply constraints.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Arla Collection is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and refunds

As Arla products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and details of the issue. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Warranty

All Arla lights come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical faults under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Fair wear and tear
• Incorrect installation
• Misuse or unauthorised modifications

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs and logos, is the property of Arla Collection and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arla Collection is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
